"Emile Norman: By His Own Design" will be shown at 9 p.m. Saturday, 3 p.m. Sunday and 3 p.m. Monday at the Varsity One in Ashland. Tickets are $9 at the box office.

It's one of more than 90 films being shown at the Ashland Independent Film Festival, which runs Thursday through Monday with feature, documentary and short films and special events at the Varsity and the old Ashland Armory.
