Dale K. Marcy, 78, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at the Phoenix Memorial Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.
He was born July 16, 1926 in Lander, Wyoming. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and the Korean War.
Mr. Marcy was an active member of the "Loyal Order of the Moose" both here in Medford, where Dale resided for a number of years and in Yuma, AZ. where he served as Governor for two years.
He was a very accomplished archer and worked in the archery business for many years.
Mr. Marcy loved flying and earned a multi-engine commercial license and worked as a flight instructor, charter flight pilot and a crop duster. He was very instrumental in forming a "Special Olympics" organization in the Yuma area, which he was very proud of.
He is survived by three daughters, Mary Ann of Twisp, WA, and twins Sandra and Sheila, both in Portland, OR; and his three younger brothers, George of El Paso, TX, Don of Olympia, WA. and Dallas of Medford.
A service will be held for him at 2 p.m. on June 24, 2005 at the Eagle Point VA Cemetery, where he will be buried near his fellow Moose and golfing buddy, Pat Strong.
Dorothy (Kellogg) Wilson
Mrs. Dorothy Margaret (Kellogg) Wilson, a resident of Bend since April 2003, died June 10 at the age of 95. Private family services will be held.
She was born February 26, 1910 in Glendale, Oregon to parents Basil & Esther (Snodgrass) Kellogg. The Kellogg family were pioneers in the Rogue Valley and the early Kelloggs brought the Oregon Masonic Charter from Missouri by wagon train; settling in the Portland area. She lived in Ashland from 1918 to 1927 and graduated from Ashland High School. She lived in Medford from 1972 to 1985 and again from 1997 to 2003, when she moved to Bend to be closer to her daughter.
On February 7, 1932 she married Frank Williams Wilson in San Francisco, CA. He died in 1977 in Medford.
She was a secretary in San Francisco and Seattle and also a housewife.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of the AARP and Audubon Society. She enjoyed bird watching, beach combing, chocolate, traveling and her family.
Besides her husband, she is also preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by two daughters, Yvonne Franson of Seattle and Carole Hansen of Bend, OR; one sister, Doris K. Wilson of Medford, OR; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren.

Jacqueline "Jackie" Napoli
Jacqueline "Jackie" Napoli, 74, of Medford, died Tuesday (June 14, 2005) in Medford. A private family service will be held.
Jackie was born on Aug. 11, 1930 in Los Angeles, CA. She moved to the Rogue Valley 14 years ago from Los Angeles.
She worked as a Research Analyst, Grant Writer for Federal and State for 20 years until her retirement.
Jackie enjoyed painting, traveling, fishing, camping and orchids. She loved playing cards with her great-grandson.
She was a member of the Eastern Star Gilcrest Chapter.
Survivors include her mother, LaRue McCormick of Medford; sons John E. Napoli of LaCrescenta, CA and Joseph M. Napoli of Sunland, CA; a daughter, Sandy E. Riley of Phoenix, OR; a brother William McCormick of San Diego, CA; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to a charity of your choice or to Rogue Valley Medical Center.
